Our Noppy sandal has a unique pattern of nubs on the footbed that follow the patterns of reflexology. Reflexologists believe that there are flex areas on the bottom of our feet and hands that correspond to various parts of our body. By stimulating those parts of the feet (and hands) they believe it sends a healthy message to the corresponding part of the body. We recommend getting used to these sandals slowly, a few minutes a day, and working up to 10 or 15 minutes a day total. Completely non-leather, repairable, and resoleable.
