Please note: we have access to the Earth warehouse's (wholesale) inventory. If they have a shoe in stock we do not currently have in our store, we often ask the warehouse to send it to you directly for us. If we have a shoe here in the store, it will leave the day we receive your order. If we are sending it to you from the warehouse, there is potential for delay.
If the warehouse has this shoe in stock, it takes them 2-3 business days to ship an order under normal circumstances. Sometimes there are factors which cause further delays. If we need to ask the warehouse to send your shoes to you (or part of your shoes), we will send word as soon as possible regarding the status of your order. If this poses problems, please don't hesitate to let us know.
